Anyone can take a photo, but not everyone can take one like us. Our photographers have had extensive training and experience in all sorts of photography functions. We have invested a fortune in top-notch cameras and equipment, all this combined with a creative approach and countless hours in professional editing software to produce the best quality images that will last a lifetime.

For casual photography sessions, we’d first send through a raw selection of photos for you to choose to be professionally edited, it would usually take us within 5 working days to go through editing. For larger events and function this could take slightly longer depending on packages.

Our staff keep a close eye out for weather forecast and will confirm the shoot with you beforehand. If the weather is not suitable for shooting (even on the day), we will notify you before your session as early as possible and reschedule to another available time free for charge. This does not apply for weddings or larger events.

We kindly ask for at least ask for a month notice for weddings and function where rescheduling could still be possible. However, by contract, we would only need a written notice 7 days prior to event or session to cancel the booking, please note the 50% deposit paid would not be refundable. Our deposits are generally non-refundable because our photographers will be dedicated to your session, that means we are declining other bookings at the same time. In most cases we can reschedule the session if possible. More info on cancellation in the Photography Service Agreement.

Here at Memoir Studios, we don’t want you to pose for the camera, we want you to relax and have fun, in fact, we want you to enjoy the moment like no one is looking. The best photos are taken in the most genuine moments with the most real emotions. Not only do we want you to have fun, we ultimately want to ensure you are satisfied with the photos. Our photographers all have their own style of shooting and editing which you should be familiar with from our gallery before you enquire. We are also happy to accommodate your preferences best to our ability while keeping to our quality standards. We offer minor adjustments to our products after the final images have been delivered (within reason) up to three times free of charge. In the unlikely event of total photographic failure due to photographer’s personal reasons, a reshoot can be arranged free of charge if possible.
